YOUNG Blackburn Rovers midfielder Darragh Lenihan has extended his loan at Burton Albion.
The 20-year-old will remain with the promotion-pushing League Two outfit until March 15 after impressing manager Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.
Lenihan, who can also play in defence, was initially signed by then Brewers boss Gary Rowett in October.
The Republic of Ireland U21s international has since made 13 appearances for Burton, netting the first senior goal of his career in a 1-1 draw at Portsmouth.
Lenihan has yet to make his first-team debut for Rovers.
