Saw Assombalonga run in behind him to almost make it 2-0 before half time but was more comfortable after the break.

Markus Olsson - 7

Suffered an injury after an air-kick at an attempted cross and was outshone going forward by Baptiste, but solid.

Looks full of confidence and was always a threat, regularly getting to the byline and providing dangerous crosses.

Jordan Rhodes - 8

Struggled to get into the game in the first half but was a different player after the break and took his goal well.

MAN OF THE MATCH

Ben Marshall

Rovers’ best player in recent weeks was at his confident best again, constantly running at Forest’s back four and he always looked like making something happen.
