BLACKBURN Rovers have signed Fulham midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe and Middlesbrough goalkeeper Jason Steele on season-long loans.
The duo completed their moves just before the window closed at 11pm.
Tunnicliffe said: "I can't wait to get started.
"First and foremost it is a massive club, a club that belongs in the Premier League, so I'm looking forward to getting back playing and obviously the target is to get the club back up there."
Earlier in the day Rovers signed Shane Duffy on a three-year deal from Everton while allowing fellow centre back Jack O'Connell to rejoin Rochdale on loan until January 3.
