THE award-winning Ramsons restaurant, in Ramsbottom, has re-opened as the newly-refurbished Venetian House, ushering in a new era of fine Italian dining.
The eatery, at 18 Market Street, has been launched under the mentorship of Ramsons owner Chris Johnson, who is retiring from the trade, prompting a rebranding. Lu Varley will remain as head chef. Manager Paolo Octavian said: “The Venetian Hideaway has been a fantastic success in the short time it has been open. The Venetian House is something entirely different again, representing real, home- cooked Venetian cuisine.”
