Drugs: Three held

A THIRD man has appeared in court on drug conspiracy charges which police say involve part of the major supply route for class A drugs between Liverpool and Darwen.
Michael Jones, 32, of Sarah Street, Darwen, was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court charged with conspiracy to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
Two other men, one from Liverpool and one from Skelmersdale, were sent in custody last week on the same conspiracy charges which relate to the period between June 2003 and May 2008.
