Temporary waiting restrictions on Blackburn Road
TEMPORARY waiting restrictions are to be brought into force in Blackburn Road, Darwen, between the junctions of Moss Fold Road and Birch Hall Avenue.
The restrictions will be in effect from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 7pm, to allow for work relating to the Pennine Reach scheme to be carried out.
The order will come into force on Monday, December 1.
