LITERACY standards at Griffin Park Primary School, Blackburn, are the best they have ever been, according to an Ofsted report.
Inspectors praised leaders and managers for driving up standards and said teaching and learning were good at the Blackburn school.
Catherine Clayton-Grady, headteacher, said: "I am delighted that the report reflects the hard work and dedication of staff, and the support we receive from parents, the council and governors.
"The children should also be very proud of themselves ."
