HELIUM balloons containing cash could fall over Blackburn today thanks to a generous marketing campaign by mobile casino LeoVegas.com.

999 red balloons, 200 of which carrying £5 notes, were let loose from a secret location in Yorkshire earlier today, along with one golden balloon containing a £250 jackpot – and whoever finds the cash gets to keep it.
