A 25-YEAR-OLD man who set off in his car to pick his sister up from a nightclub failed a breathalyser after being stopped by police.
Mthabisi Agreement Dube, of Ailsa Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty at Blackburn Magistrates’ Court to driving with excess alcohol. He was fined £110, with £105 costs, and banned from driving for 12 months. He gave a reading of 56 against the legal limit of.
