AWARD-winning author Robert Williams will launch his third book, Into The Trees, at Blackburn Library on Wednesday, May 7, from 7pm.
Robert Williams was born in Blackburn in 1977 before moving to Clitheroe, where he grew up and went to school. After university he worked as school librarian at Witton Park High School, before moving to Manchester.
His new book tells the story of Ann and Thomas Norton, whose baby, Harriet won’t stop crying. unless she is under the ancient trees of Bleasdale Forest.
Robert will talk about the inspiration for his writing and sign copies of his books. Admission costs £1. Tickets are available from the library.
