A 42-YEAR-old Burnley supporter appeared in court and pleaded not guilty to damaging plastic seating belonging to Blackburn Rovers.
The charge arises from the derby game at Ewood Park on March 17.
Tony Holgate, of Tabor Street, Burnley, pleaded not guilty to criminal damage. He was remanded on bail until January 27.
