A DISQUALIFIED driver was seen behind the wheel three times on the same day.
Blackburn Magistrates’ Court heard that Umar Firfire had been confused because his solicitor was organising an appeal against his disqualification.
Firfire, 31, of Audley Range, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to three charges of driving while disqualified and three charges of driving without insurance.
He was ordered to do 200 hours of unpaid work.
He was also fined £450 with £100 costs.
He was banned from driving for 12 months.
Aftab Bakhat, defending, said Firfire had now abandoned his appeal in the light of the latest offences.
