Police appeal over Blackburn man
11:36am Monday 24th September 2012 in News
HUNT Karl Lynch, 21, of Mil Hill
A 21-YEAR-OLD man is being sought in connection with a number of offences.
Karl Lynch, from Mill Hill, Blackburn, is wanted in connection with assault, criminal damage, threats to commit criminal damage, harassment and public order offences in the Blackburn area.
And officers investigating said they thought he would be easily recognised by people living locally.
PC Gary Hennighan said: “I strongly believe that Lynch is still in the Blackburn area and is being harboured by one or more people as he tries to evade arrest.
“Lynch is wanted for several serious offences and we believe he is well-known in the Mill Hill area. I am sure somebody has seen him out and about.
“I am urging anyone who has any knowledge of where Lynch is to contact the police, even anonymously if they would prefer.”
Anyone with information can contact police by calling the new non-emergency number 101 or information can be passed via the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

When we had the local beat bobby people like this would have been sorted a long time ago.

Here's a tip for you to follow up. Take each of his known friends and family into the police station, make them sign a statement to the effect that they don't know where he is and after he is caught, jail the beggars who lied!

Looking at that shirt, the fashion police should be after him as well.
