TRAVELLERS have set up camp in Blackburn town centre.
Three caravans pulled by expensive Mercedes cars have set up in Canterbury Street car park opposite Blackburn fire station.
Yesterday, the Lancashire Telegraph saw the travellers have a heated exchange with a traffic warden before succumbing to his demands for them to buy parking tickets for the site.
It is thought they arrived during the morning.
