FORMER shop assistant Sarah Jayne Reynolds has made a flying start in her new career with the Royal Air Force.
The 26-year-old Bury woman has scooped an award after passing out from recruit training at RAF Halton, near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
At her graduation parade, she was presented with a trophy for effort and determination. Sarah, a former pupil at Broad Oak High School, will now start training as a supplier. She is seen receiving her award from retired Group Captain C.M. Christie.
