CASH and a gold watch were stolen from a Bury pensioner.
A man claiming to be an antique dealer tricked his way into the 71-year-old man's home in Windermere Drive at 1pm on Friday afternoon (March 9) before grabbing the watch and around £50.
The thief was white, in his 50s, 5ft 5in tall, of medium build, with a fat face and wearing spectacles and dark clothing.
Anyone with information about the incident should contact Bury CID on 856 8150, quoting crime number GMP75456D/01.
