IT IS no surprise to anyone, except Mike Barton, that Lancashire Constabulary came bottom in a satisfaction survey.
Did he except the hundred and thousands of people, prosecuted and criminalised for doing a few mph over the speed limit to give him a pat on the back and say well done. A few far sig hted politicians foresaw the backlash coming, while the rest were blinded by the revenue.
Even now, after we were told there would be no more cameras installed, one has suddenly sprung up in Little Harwood, Blackburn, I don't remember anyone being killed in Whalley Old Road.
