A woman who opened an aesthetics clinic just after the pandemic in Lancashire has been nominated for five awards.

Mollie Elise Aesthetics in Chorley started after the COVID-19 pandemic, after owner Mollie had trained as a nurse.

The business has now been nominated for the 'Best in Aesthetics' and 'Best for Lips' at The UK Hair and Beauty Awards, and 'Most Wanted Aesthetics Clinic' at The Beauty and Aesthetics Awards.

Mollie has also been nominated for 'Best Businesswoman of the Year' in the industry and the 'Best Aesthetics Practitioner' at The Beauty and Aesthetics Awards.

Mollie said: "It all started with my love for art.

"After completing a fine art degree, where I focused on life drawing and human anatomy, although I enjoyed it, something was missing.

"Then came nursing. I trained as a nurse and pursued a Master's in Mental Health. During my training, I found myself drawn to the treatment room, where I discovered my fascination for wound care and procedures.

"After becoming a qualified nurse, I continued to seek opportunities for growth. I trained in phlebotomy and became proficient in drawing blood.

"I am quite heavily dyslexic, but I love learning new things. It was in aesthetics where I truly found my calling.

"Opening a business immediately post-COVID has been a whirlwind. We have grown and gained such a positive reputation faster than I could have ever imagined.

"I have built my business up from the ground and it has thrived in my hometown, and I am so lucky to be able to settle and give back to the local community."

Reaching three years of business, Mollie Elise Aesthetics has gained more than 2,000 clients, with some travelling four hours to visit her clinic.

Mollie Elise Aesthetics also won 'The Best Aesthetic Clinic' at last year's UK Hair and Beauty Awards.

Lancashire Telegraph:

Mollie continued: "Being able to jump from nursing to following my passion and being able to combine my artistic flair and art degree with medical knowledge is a blessing.

"In the past two years, I have received three national awards and donated over £10,000 to charity.

"We don’t just work on the appearance; we work on boosting client’s confidence and improving their overall health.

"I am deeply committed to staying ahead in the ever-evolving aesthetics industry, constantly seeking out the latest advancements and cutting-edge technologies to elevate the quality of our services and always be able to offer the best to our clients.

"To ensure our clients leave happy and satisfied with our overall service at Mollie Elise Aesthetics, we prioritize several key aspects of their experience.

"Firstly, we place a strong emphasis on personalized consultations, where we take the time to understand each client's unique needs, concerns, and aesthetic goals.

"By fostering open communication and actively listening to our clients, we can tailor our treatments to their specific preferences and expectations.

"We maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment throughout the entire client journey, from the moment they enter our salon to their post-treatment follow-up.

"Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, offering reassurance, guidance, and support at every step of the process. We strive to create a warm and inclusive atmosphere where clients feel valued, respected, and well-cared for.

"Just to be nominated for these awards is such an honour, to be recognised for my consistent hard work and dedication to building a community able to offer safe and effective services.

"I would like to be part of the change and process in regulating aesthetics."
