A brilliantly bonkers concept album charting the rise and fall of enigmatic motor-engineer John Z DeLorean.
DeLorean is most famous for his gull-winged silver sports car, which was immortalised as a time machine in the Back To The Future movies.
He rose to live the life of a Hollywood playboy, but ultimately went bankrupt after being entrapped into a cocaine deal intended to save his ailing motor company.
The unlikely collaborators on this project are LA producer Boom Bip, a left-field instrumentalist, and Gruff Rhys of Super Furry Animals fame.
The result is strangely satisfying, with Gruff's tender vocals effectively complementing Boom Bip's harsher 80s-style bleeps and beats.
