Actress added to 'Who's who' list

CHANGES have been made to the Darwen Dr Who Day in April.

The annual event in aid of Cancer Research UK has been organised by The Doctor Who Autograph Collectors Club for Saturday, April 5 at Bridge Street Sports and Social Club.

Organiser Graham Groom has announced a new guest - Linda Clark who played Mother Bloodtide, one of the witches in last year's highly popular Shakespeare story.

There is now also a cheaper family ticket available.

The line-up of cast members and writers attending is Anneke Wills, Jennie Linden, Paul Cornell, Sean Carlsen and Linda Clark.

Tickets cost £20 for adults and £15 concessions. This year there is also a family ticket at £55 for two adults and two children, making a saving of £15.

Tickets are now on sale at Darwen Press, Hardman Way.
