STUDENT Luke Humphreys is thrilled to get a place at the prestigious London College of Fashion after successfully completing his course at Blackburn College.
The 20-year-old has just finished a Foundation Art and Design course and will go on to start his degree in menswear, in September.
The fashion lover of Richmond Terrace, Darwen, is keen to pursue his studies and learn new design and practical techniques.
He said: "I cannot wait. I absolutely loved my time at Blackburn College. It's got me to where I want to be. I really enjoyed being able to collaborate with other students and the tutors were the most dedicated I've ever come across, as they always went above and beyond to help."
Luke is one of many Blackburn College students who are displaying their talents at their FE End of Year Art Show 'X Marks the Spot'.
In his final show, Luke was influenced by the sports look design, which he has mixed with various prints.
He said: "It feels brilliant to see it on display. I'm so proud."
