THREE men are in custody waiting to be questioned by police after a car they were in was stopped this morning.
The trio, aged 20, 21, and 23, and all from Blackburn, were arrested at around 11am on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply, police said.

A spokeswoman for Lancashire Police said the arrests came after a vehicle was pulled over in a stop check in Preston New Road.
No details of the car was available, she said, and it was not known how much cannabis was found inside it.
