WASHINGTON: The US has called off Monday's planned talks with North
Korea after the Pyongyang regime refused international inspectors
unfettered access to seven previously-agreed nuclear sites. The
International Atomic Agency, which sent the watchdog team, called a
meeting for Monday to discuss North Korea.
