AN anti-nuclear group is considering taking legal action against the
Secretary of State for Scotland over the Government's refusal to
implement the latest European Community's directive on the
transportation of nuclear waste.
The EC ruling, agreed two years ago, demands that member states inform
the public in advance when nuclear material is being moved around the
country.
