POLICE are appealing for help to trace a man who is wanted on prison recall.

26-year-old Dominic Mills was jailed in 2013 for burglary.

He was released on licence in December 2014 but has since failed to abide by the terms of his parole.

He was last known to be living at an address on Great Bolton Road in Blackburn, but has failed to notify officers of his current whereabouts or engage with his probation worker.

He is described as white, around 5ft 7 tall of a medium build with short light brown hair and blue eyes. He has a tribal tattoo on the side of his neck and the name ‘Jade’ tattooed on his inner arm.

Sgt Andy Horne of East Division said: “We are keen to trace Mills and if anybody has seen him or knows of his current whereabouts I would urge them to contact us.

“I would also encourage Mills, if he sees this appeal, to hand himself in to the nearest police station.”
