Train cancelled due to 'signalling problems'
EAST Lancashire commuters are facing delays this morning after a train was cancelled.
Bosses at Northern Rail said the train leaving Manchester Victoria at 7.26am, and which was due to arrive in Blackburn at 8.24am had been cancelled because of 'signalling problems'.
