Traffic chaos after two crashes on M65
MOTORISTS were reporting traffic chaos this morning following two crashes on the M65.
Vehicles were queuing on the eastbound carriageway after a smash between a Mercedes and a Fiat 500 near junction eight for Accrington shortly after 8am.

A spokesman for the Highways Agency said one lane was closed. Emergency workers were on the scene.
Commuters also faced delays when two vehicles crashed on the eastbound side near junction 11 for Burnley shortly after 7am.
Police said nobody was injured, but the vehicles were damaged.
