EAST Lancashire boxer and Rovers fan Luke Blackledge visited the club’s Brockhall training ground for a guided tour ahead of his upcoming fight at King George’s Hall.
Blackledge, who will defend his WBC International Silver Super Middleweight title in Blackburn on November 22, met many of the Rovers players and did some sparring with Craig Conway and his friend David Dunn.

He was also a half-time guest on the pitch at Ewood Park for their recent home game against Reading.
Luke said: “As I’m a Blackburn lad and a Rovers supporter, I’m going to come out in the Blackburn top and get the players behind me.
“My dream is one day to box at Ewood.
“I’ve boxed on the Carl Froch undercard in front of 20,000 people and if I could box at Ewood and pack the venue out, that would be unbelievable. “
