John Fillis
LANCASHIRE County Council highways boss John Fillis has welcomed progress on Blackburn and Accrington bus stations.
He said: “The new Blackburn Bus Station is another important step forward in the Pennine Reach scheme.
“Together with the recently-approved improvements for Accrington Bus Station, it will make it quicker and easier for people to get around East Lancashire.”
