SIXTEEN cannabis plants were seized by police after morning raids in Rishton today.
Acting on information from the public, police raided three properties in Hermitage Street and one in Chapel Street.
They discovered 10 plants in one of the houses in Hermitage Street and six in Chapel Street, also seizing equipment but no plants from a third house.
Officers estimated the value of the haul to be about £6,400.
Police said investigations are ongoing but no-one has been arrested.
