With respect to the lady involved her body was found very close to where another lady was assaulted last week.
a little more information would put peoples minds at rest.

I agree with Mr Banford,it is terrible and my heart goes out to the lady and her family, but,as a dog walker, I need to know if it's safe to walk in the quieter areas or stick to more public areas.

If it was in the publics interest to know more details they would have been released by now. It is obviously a suicide or unexpected death and the authorities are protecting the loved ones of the family involved. Do you honestly think that if there is an axe weilding murderer at large it would be kept quiet. Think of the family you nosey gits.

nosey gits?
were not looking for gory details, just a bit of clarification.
another article from the same evening when this was posted stated that a lady was found hanged - this article does not give a cause of death therefore could be seen as suspicious and may not have be disclosed due to an investigation.
if the attempted sexual assault last week (less than 5 minutes away from this incident) could be related then people have the right to know if something is going on.
if it was suicide or unexpected death then respect to the family and i will keep my mouth shut.

They have reported all that you need to know. Its up to the individual to be responsible for their own safety as well you know.So reading what the article tells me I would use my common sense & walk elsewhere in the meantime! :)
