Makes you wonder how we all managed, before traffic lights had become so widespread.
Perhaps, it was that we were more tolerant, less of being in such a rush and prepared to give way to a struggling, fellow motorist.
Twelve major roads, all converge upon the Arc de Triomph, in Paris, all going at speed, without the need of a light to guide them. Says it all, really.

Glasgow seems to be the traffic light capital. Every road junction, however unimportant, has lights. Each one seems to be red. So it's all stop start. hard on the clutch. Oh and it's got so many pollution hotspots!!!
Blackburn take note.
Oh dear have I given the clowncil an idea?

Also most insurers don't cover anyone in the area maybe that makes them more careful !!

You usually find that when traffic lights are out of order traffic flows much better.
