A 50-YEAR-old man outside his house at 4am with his trousers around his ankles was abusive to police who had asked him to pull them up.

Granville Stuart Rowe, of Nares Road, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly.

He was fined £50 with £20 costs, which was set against the time he had already spent in custody.

Damien Pickup, defending, said Rowe was battling drink and depression problems and had ‘relapsed’ and drunk two bottles of wine very quickly.

“He remembers little of the incident,” said Mr Pickup.

For someone like me who lost my dad recently who had Parkinsons for 14 years I find sick comments on here insulting.

Get a life instead of making patronising jokes here, obviously have nothing better to do.

How would feel if you were in Mr Pickup's state and you were laughed at?
