Blackburn Citizen: A car crashed into a gas main in East Park Road Blackburn this morning A car crashed into a gas main in East Park Road Blackburn this morning

A CAR crashed into a wall this morning causing a gas leak.

Residents in East Park Road, in Blackburn, were evacuated after the collision involving a black Ford Mondeo.

Emergency services were called to the scene and the road was also closed between its junctions with Langham Road and Brantfell Road.

There has been no evacuations. I'm a resident of one of the houses and we have just been told by officers to stay at the back of our houses.
