RESIDENTS concerned about scrap metal dealers are being encouraged to make their views known.
Bosses at Blackburn with Darwen Council are looking for opinions to guide them with their proposed policy on the issue.
A spokesman said the policy was relevant to businesses which dealt in scrap metal such as scrap metal sites, mobile collectors of scrap metal and motor salvage businesses.
They also wanted to hear from residents who may be affected by such businesses.
