World famous bodybuilder Zack Khan was in the North West to the delight of his fans.

Zack was at the Iceberg Supplements store, Darwen Street, Blackburn where he talked to fans about health supplements, nutrition and gave his own training advice.

The 33-year-old from Sheffield became the first British Muslim Bodybuilder to win the International Federation of Body Builders title in 2009.

He has competed in some of the most prestigious bodybuilding events in the world and recently was at the Las Vegas Olympia Fitness and Performance Expo weekend.

Abid, owner of Iceberg Supplements, said, “Iceberg Supplements would like to say a big thank-you to Zack for this amazing event, and we look forward to seeing you at the opening of our third Iceberg Supplements store in Burnley.”

Iceberg Supplements is a family-run business with over 20 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.

Iceberg Supplements also has a specialist store based in Nelson.

The event helped to raise £110 towards disaster relief for the victims of the Philippines typhoon and the Rosemere Cancer Trust after Zack kindly donated all his merchandise to fans.

Zack has 32 inch thigh, a sixty one inch chest and needs a five 1,000-calorie meals every day.

He said, “For me bodybuilding is a job, like the normal 9-5, and I am my own product.

“That’s why it’s so important for me to train hard.”

He has now battled back from injury, returning with a seventh place finish in the Dallas Europa Super show.
