Half of Royal Blackburn Hospital patients would recommend service to friends and family

ABOUT half the patients who used the emergency ward at Royal Blackburn Hospital in October said they were ‘extremely likely’ to recommend the service to their friends and family, according to NHS survey responses.

Thirty-five patients, which was about eleven per cent of those surveyed, said they would be ‘extremely unlikely’ to recommend it.

Next time I'm in need of hospital treatment then I'll definitely choose RBH based on this. Not that there is a practical choice, is there?
