Senior pharmacist to give anticoagulant talk in Airedale

A SENIOR pharmacist will talk about the anticoagulant service at Airedale Hospital at a free event today.

The talk, by Emily Smith, will include information on the service and possible future developments.

It will be held in the Lecture Theatre, part of the Education Centre, between 10.30 and 11.45am.

Anticoagulants are used to treat and prevent blood clots that may occur in blood vessels.

Blood clotting in an artery or vein could eventually lead to serious problems such as a stroke or heart attack.

Everyone is welcome to attend and places are free, however you need to book.

A superb piece of publishing LET!

You post an article on line at 11.21am for talks which are taking place at 10.30am & 11.45am...at Airedale Hospital. Why bother when anyone who may have been interested has zero chance to get there?!
