Blackburn club could become shop

A FORMER working men’s club in Blackburn could become a mini market.
The former Cob Wall Working Men’s Club, in Daisy Lane, Whalley Old Road, will be converted into a shop, is planning approval is given.
In plans, submitted by Salim Patel, of Audley, the convenience store is shown to feature a cafeteria, general food products area, and a meat and dairy products preparation area.
The application will be considered by Blackburn with Darwen Council.
