AN animal charity has offered a £1,000 reward to help catch the sadistic thug who squirted washing-up liquid into the eyes, nose, and mouth, of a cat.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has promised to pay the money for information that leads to the successful prosecution of the person who hurt Bobby. Owner Adele Maden, 42, of Cravens Heath, Oakdale, Blackburn said she discovered her beloved black and white cat had been targeted by ‘inhumane’ yobs after he had been out for the night.
The three-year-old cat was struggling to see, and breathe, and his whiskers had been cut short.
Elisa Allen, operations manager for PETA, said: “The entire community is at risk when someone gets away with torturing small animals who can’t fight back. If the people responsible are not stopped, then it is almost inevitable their violence will escalate.”

This monster is sick and twisted and will do anything to get power or control and that's all this is about?.
So look for some one in a good job and respectable, an lives alone.
and maybe likes gardening with no pets or just keeps birds.
