Why do these stories always involve Level1? Maybe it's time the council reviewed the license?

It seems Accrington town centre has been lost to the thugs and druggies. Definitely a place to avoid like the plague. I am afraid Accrington shopping centre has become an abandoned dump.

Either stop whining and integrate with the locals, or get out of Accrington.
