WHEN you can’t be bothered to finish a sentence then it’s time to switch the lights off and call it a day.

But what happens when you are too lazy to even finish writing a word?

I was trying to figure out what on earth the letter ‘k’ meant in a text.

Several times this week people had contacted me and they had simply replied with the letter ‘k’.

After some time I figured it meant ‘OK’.

But then why would anyone be so lazy so as not to even finish a word?

I think most people deserve the common courtesy of an ‘OK’. Even that is short for ‘Okay’.

So, you would expect some simply manners. Has life really become a series of letters and things that stand for something else?

I was a never a LOL guy.

The very idea that someone would say…well that is a very funny thing one must ‘Laugh out Loud’.

Would you really laugh out loud? I never have, well not regularly anyway.

It seems people are laughing out loud a lot these days.

Or are we just saying that because LOL seems like a great thing to say?

  • Also this week, why do we find ourselves obsessing over potholes. It was must a Northern thing.

Many things will make us angry but none more so that the issue of potholes.

As soon as anyone sees or hears about a pothole the whole town knows about it.

I have to admit as soon as I come across a pothole I will spread the breaking news.

Recently we were told the number of potholes had gone up due to the bad weather.

Some people suggested that if nothing was done the potholes in the UK would soon be like those ones in the third world.

Now, unless you have been to the third world you have no idea what a potholes is. We might think have problems but I’ve been to Pakistan and they have got potholes.

Proper ones.
