THIEVES stole a till, food and a charity box when they broke into a Blackburn coffee shop.
Police are appealing for information after burglars smashed the front window of Exchange Coffee in Lemming Square overnight on Friday.
Sgt James Black, of Blackburn police, said: “I appeal to anyone who saw anything suspcious.
“Enquiries are ongoing and CCTV evidence is being viewed. Officers recovered the charity box in The Mall.
“I urge anyone with information to contact police on 101.”
