A MAN has been cleared of sexually abusing two girls after a trial at Burnley Crown Court.
David Brady, now 47, was found not guilty of five allegations of indecent assault.
Mr Brady, of Blackburn Road, Clayton-le-Moors, was discharged from the dock by Judge Beverley Lunt.
He has no criminal convictions and denied all the charges.
The defendant was alleged to have first struck more than 20 years ago.
Complainant number one went to the police in August 2010 and the second provided a statement in September 2011.
The hearing was told Mr Brady was interviewed twice and denied any wrongdoing or any inappropriate behaviour towards either of the complainants.
