Two lanes on the M65 closed

First published in News by

TWO lanes of the M65 have been closed after a car towing a trailer jackknifed and spilt its load.
Police said the Toyota Hilux, which was towing a trailer, has hit the central reservation while travelling westbound near junction 5.
No injuries were reported, but the metal bars in the trailer have spilt over the motorway resulting in the lane closures.
Police were called to the scene at around 11.40am between J5  at Guide and J4 at Blackburn.
