A 26-YEAR-OLD man appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with the murder of Thomas Hill.
Michael Cocker, of Seascale Close, Blackburn, was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court.
Mr Hill, 32, was found unconscious and covered in blood at a flat in Fielding Crescent last Tuesday. He died in the Royal Preston Hospital, on Saturday.
