Get to know your Britain’s Got Talent finalists before Sunday night’s show. With one wildcard act still to come, here’s who has made it through this week’s semi-final stages.

Cor Glanaethwy

Britain's Got Talent
Cor Glanaethwy (ITV)

The Welsh choir may appear to have a cast of thousands, but together their voices harmonise perfectly.

They’ve had a moving effect on the judges as well as the audience, and many are tipping them to be the winners come Sunday night.

Entity Allstars

Britain's Got Talent
Entity Allstars (ITV)

Dance troupe Entity Allstars rose to fame on the show as the group that includes X Factor contestant Lauren Platt’s little brother Lewis, but they’ve gone on to prove that they are so much more than that.

Viewers have been wowed by their moves and will be hoping to see something really special from them in the grand final.

Jules O’Dwyer and Matisse

Britain's Got Talent
Jules O’Dwyer and Matisse (ITV)

Everyone loves a dog act, particularly Simon Cowell, and Matisse is ahead of the pack as one of the best canine contestants ever to take part in BGT.

Their performances are a very different style to 2012 victors Ashleigh and Pudsey’s, but can they go for glory as the dog act to eclipse even those worthy winners?

Old Men Grooving

Britain's Got Talent
Old Men Grooving (ITV)

Putting a completely different spin on the usual dance groups we see in BGT, these five men may be advancing in years but they still have the moves to put much younger troupes to shame.

With a winning mix of skill and wit, these dads and grandads are one act that’s sure to liven up Sunday night’s show.

Jamie Raven

Britain's Got Talent
Jamie Raven (ITV)

It’s rare that a magician manages to impress head judge Simon, but that’s the magic of Jamie Raven – he even managed to wow the cynical star with a card trick.

Jamie’s performances leave everyone scratching their heads over just how he could have done them, so we can’t wait to see what spectacle he’s got lined up for his final shot at the title.

U.D.I.

Britain's Got Talent
U.D.I. (ITV)

The Russian dancers have proved once again that it isn’t just Britain that’s got talent – and audiences are as welcoming as ever of brilliant acts from all over the world.

Using lighting to incredible effect for their storytelling performances, they offer something refreshingly different to the usual street dance troupes.

Isaac Waddington

Britain's Got Talent
Isaac Washington (ITV)

Teen crooner Isaac Waddington has impressed with both his singing and his piano playing to see him through to Sunday night’s final.

This musician-in-the-making is sure to draw in plenty of teenage votes, but is credible enough to get those who have left their school years far behind phoning in, too.

The Neales

Britain's Got Talent
The Neales (ITV)

Dad and sons The Neales have already achieved the impossible – they made Simon cry with their moving performance of Father And Son.

All four of the judges love this family group and their act is certainly heartwarming, but can they bring out the same emotion in Simon for the final?

Calum Scott

(ITV)
(ITV)

The singer from Hull was Simon’s wildcard, meaning he made it straight through to the semi-final. Once there, he got the most votes from viewers after his rendition of Gym Class Heroes’ Clothes Off.

Although he’s a clear favourite for many people, he’ll have to come up with something a bit more special for the final, because competition is stiff.

Danny Posthill

(ITV)
(ITV)

The impressionist made it through to Sunday’s final, with David saying the final needed some comedy. His impressions of Ant and Dec, Jimmy Carr, Alan Carr and Sarah Millican were labelled “incredible” by Amanda, and they’ll need to be again if he’s hoping to win on Sunday.

But, if tonight’s performance was anything to go by – we’re in for a treat.
