The Prince of Wales has proved once again when it comes to dancing, no one in the Royal family does it better.
Apparently, Charles did not have to be asked twice when he joined in with a group of performers during his visit to the coastal Mexican town of Campeche as part of his four-day tour.
Twirling a handkerchief above his head he moved his feet like a pro while doing the traditional Sarao Campechano dance, earning the praise of dancer Carlos Javier Zamorano, 20, who joined in to help the Prince along.
“Even though he doesn’t know the steps his dancing was really good – he tried, that’s the most important thing,” said Zamorano. “For me I’m surprised he did it. If he had more time to practice he would be be very good.”
However, we know the Prince does love a good boogie and here are a few instances we’ve caught him in action.
1. At Iwokrama rainforest in Guyana
2. Outside Dance O Mat at Christchurch in New Zealand
3. During the chapauringe dance in Stone Town Old Fort in Tanzania
4. At Amazon Rainforest at Santaram in Brazil
5. At Dance Base in Edinburgh
6. At Baixada Fluminense slum in Rio de Janiero in Brazil
7. At Royal Opera House in London with Darcey Bussell
8. At St Francis Senior Citizens Dance Group in Glasgow
9. At Presidents Dinner in Buenos Aires showing off his tango
10. Again, at the Presidents Dinner in Buenos Aires (because he just couldn’t get enough of it)
11. At Madeley Community Centre in Derby
12. At a discotheque in Middleton-on-Sea doing the break dance
13. At a refurbished tramshed in Birmingham
There’s always time to shake it, shake it!
