Katy Perry has shown she has a taste for the unusual when she revealed details of her latest meal - acupunctured fish.
The Roar singer enjoyed the sushi, which had previously had needles stuck into it and was flown to a restaurant in Canada from Japan.
Katy didn't explain why her fish had undergone acupuncture, but she did post a picture of herself undergoing the same technique - she was snapped lying down with needles in her neck - later.
Acupuncture has been used to relax fish before they are turned into a pricey meal.
The pop star also enjoyed wagyu - an upmarket beef which in some cases comes from cows which have been massaged and fed beer.
Katy said of her meal: "Had the best sushi/wagyu from @ ChefAntonioPark The wagyu was flown in this morning from JPN & the fish had previously had acupuncture # fancy."
